We asked Jeff Guidos of All Saints Brewing in Greensburg, PA about his brewery, his merch, and, of course, his favorite beer.
Hi, Jeff! Thanks for taking the time to chat with us. So how did All Saints Brewing begin?
I started my professional brewing career in Greensburg. My father and I were able to purchase the brewing equipment and set it up here in March 2011. It took us several months to get the equipment set, plumbed and wired, but we built this brewery. We had beer produced in early November. By December, the power company finally connected our 3-phase power and we could fire up our refrigeration units. We were selling growlers and delivering kegs by the second week in December 2011. A couple of years later in 2013, we procured our Pub License which allowed us to serve pints on the premises.
So it’s a real family business! What about what’s on tap? What are some of the most celebrated brews All Saints has to offer?
People are always excited about the Oktoberfest Lager, Pumpkin Ale, Winter Ale, Coffee Porter, Greensburg Lager, Summer Lager, any fruit beer.

Mmm, we’d go for a pint of that Pumpkin Ale. What about you? What is the best beer you’ve tasted this year?
I’ve had some real exceptional beers, and the best would depend on what I was in the mood for at the time. But Sam’s Oktoberfest is one of my all-time favorites.
The brewery must be a lively place. What kind of events take place at All Saints?
Our biggest event is our Oktoberfest celebration the last Saturday in September. An outdoor event with a couple of bands, tents and really fresh beer. St. Patrick’s Day is special as well, celebrated on a Saturday close to the 17th of March.
We will host events for fundraisers when we are able.

Oktoberfest is a big celebration here in Germany, too, of course. Who are your customers? Explain a bit about your community.
Our customers are great. It’s almost like family in here. We get from all walks of life and all ages.

Sounds like a nice mix. Your customers must enjoy having the chance to buy merch. What made you choose Spreadshop to create All Saints merch?

You’ve been in the industry for a long time. What is the best thing about running a craft brewery?
The people! And beer, of course. Great people in the industry, and the customers are the best.
One last question: What would be your advice to small businesses who want to start selling merch to their customers?
